Future Seed is pleased to share that the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) between Future Seed and the City of Baker School System has officially been approved.

This approval represents an important early milestone in the exploration of the EPIC – Education, Pathways, and Innovation Center initiative, a developing effort focused on expanding workforce development, career pathways, and innovation-based opportunities for residents across the community.

It is important to note that this approval does not represent a finalized project or confirmed development. Rather, it signifies the beginning of a structured and collaborative planning process that will include assessment, feasibility exploration, and ongoing community engagement.

Through this next phase, Future Seed and the City of Baker School System will work in partnership to thoughtfully evaluate how the EPIC initiative could support long-term community needs, including:

• Expanded workforce development opportunities

• Career and technical training pathways

• Innovation and applied learning environments

• Increased access to skills development for youth and adults

This process will be intentional and community-informed, ensuring that planning reflects both current needs and long-term goals for opportunity and economic mobility.
