Mentorship Experiences

Within Future Seed’s Mentorship program, we offer structured experiences designed to support personal growth, identity development, and confidence building through guided engagement.
 

• GEMS Program

  • The GEMS Program is an intergenerational mentorship experience that brings youth and adults together in shared learning, guidance, and lived experience. GEMS focuses on building meaningful relationships across generations that support personal growth, wisdom sharing, and life navigation.
     

• iRISE Youth Empowerment Academy

  • The iRISE Youth Empowerment Academy is designed specifically for high school students and focuses on Identity, Resilience, Integrity, Skills, and Empowerment through structured mentorship experiences that help students build confidence, self-awareness, leadership capacity, and direction during a critical stage of development.
     

  • iRISE helps students prepare for life after graduation through mentorship, personal development, and meaningful exposure to educational, career, and community opportunities. Participants engage with mentors, professionals, and community leaders who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world perspective while helping students explore their interests, strengthen critical life and leadership skills, and make informed decisions about college, careers, entrepreneurship, and their future.
     

  • iRISE participants engage in structured experiences designed to prepare them for success in school, work, and life. Experiences may include:

    •  Mentorship and relationship building

    • Leadership development

    • Career exploration and industry exposure

    • College and postsecondary planning

    • Workforce readiness and professional skills

    • Financial literacy and entrepreneurship exposure

    • Community service and civic engagement

    • Industry-recognized certifications and skill-building opportunities
       

• Through iRISE, students gain confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, expand their professional networks, increase awareness of career and educational pathways, and develop a clearer vision for their future. The program is designed to help participants leave with not only encouragement and support, but also the skills, experiences, and connections needed to successfully navigate life beyond high school.
